Even the best systems drift.
A landscape lighting system is a living installation. Lamps age and shift color. Soil heaves with the Midwest freeze-thaw cycle and knocks fixtures out of aim. Plants grow into beam paths. Water finds its way into anything outdoors long enough.
Most "broken" systems we visit aren't broken at all — they're just overdue. A tune-up brings the original design back to life, usually for a fraction of what homeowners expect.
And when something is broken — a transformer, a cracked lens, a corroded splice — we have the diagnostic tools and stocked parts to fix it on the same visit.

Re-aim every fixture
Beams drift over time with soil heave, freeze-thaw, and lawn equipment. We restore the original design intent.
Clean lenses & housings
Mineral spots, pollen, and leaf buildup all dim output — a wipe-down restores clarity.
Test transformer load
Voltage drop check on every zone catches a failing transformer or splice before it fails the whole system.
Inspect wire & splices
Direct-bury splices fail first. We re-seal or replace any weak point with 3M water-tight kits.
Reset photocell & timer
Time drift after a power blip is the #1 reason lights stop turning on at the right time.
Written condition report
You get a documented record of system health after every visit.
